Description:
There are many benefits of risky play including problem solving, balance and coordination and building resilience. But one that is not normally discussed is how risky play can help develop the hidden senses, proprioception, vestibular and interoception. In this session, Linda will share her knowledge on the 3 invisible senses and share ideas on how you can incorporate risky play experiences that will support the senses.
