Description:
Inviting children to learn and engage with ideas through stories is engaging, exciting and fun. Entering into the story as an active participant as a character or to help a character in the story to solve problems, collaborate and explore STEM concepts is highly motivating. Come with me as we explore story based approaches to inform, engage with, and extend STEM concepts in the early childhood space. This work has been inspired by Marilyn Fleer’s research and work on Conceptual Playworlds.
