For professionals who install or maintain landscape projects and desire to have higher caliber skills and knowledge. Requires 8 hours of CEU credits every two years completed before the Certification renewal date to maintain.
If an applicant fails any section of the exam he/she may be retested up to two times, within 12 months of the original exam date, on the section(s) failed. If all retest sections are not passed within the 12-month period, the entire exam must be retaken at full price.
*NOTE You Must fill out TCLA Requirement Form prior to being eligible to take exam.
Requirements to be eligible for the TCLA include:
- Actively working in the landscape/horticulture industry OR Horticulture High School or College Student
- Must be 16 years of age or older
