First Retest Exam Requirements (Must fill out before purchasing Exam to Retest)

Select an exam requirement form below, fill it out and press submit to be eligible to purchase and take the exam. Immediately after you submit your exam requirement form you will be redirected for payment for the exam. Members, please note you must be logged in to your member profile to receive the member rate. Exam Retest Fees are non-refundable. 

If an applicant fails any section of the exam he/she may be retested up to two times, within 12 months of the original exam date, on the section(s) failed. If all retest sections are not passed within the 12-month period, the entire exam must be retaken at full price.

After you complete the required questions you will click to SUBMIT ANSWERS, then select GO TO NEXT ITEM, and click on PURCHASE EXAM. The Exam will be loaded under MY ACTIVITY under your profile.
