Fanny Bauer is a Capacity Building Manager who joined UICC in 2019. She leads the Cancer Advocates programme, which aims to support UICC members in their advocacy efforts around the world through access to the UICC network, resource development and learning opportunities. Fanny has international experience in programme management and advocacy for human rights and public health. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Geneva. She speaks French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Rosanne Lamplough is a Senior Manager in the Capacity Building Team at the Union for International Cancer Control. She is interested in working with civil society organisations and research institutions to develop effective programmes that build the capacity of advocates, researchers and health care providers. With over 10 years of experience in public health, Rosanne has focused on HIV treatment research programmes, sexual and reproductive health and rights, person-centred service delivery, youth engagement and, most recently, cancer control.
