Description Contributors Liliana Dias - Principal Consultant, Stone Soup Consulting Liliana Dias is a Principal Consultant at Stone Soup Consulting. Liliana has 18 years of experience in human resources consulting and organisational development in different geographies. She has a Double Master's in health psychology (University of Lisbon) and in Human Resources Management (ISCTE-Business School) and Post-Graduation Studies in Management of Creativity and Design for Organisational Innovation (IADE). Liliana has implemented leadership training and coaching in several civil society organisations in different geographies. She is particularly experienced in healthy leadership competences that are critical for the creation of healthy and sustainable teams, and are also completely aligned with the future of work. Liliana is Portuguese (based in Lisbon), and also speaks English, French and Spanish. At Stone Soup she worked in capacity building consultancy projects with civil society organisations such as NCD-Senegal/Birdlife, Biosfera Cape Vert, Vulture Conservation Foundation, Amnesty International Portugal, Philea, ASTA, JRS, among others.
