Rosa Matos - Founding Partner, Stone Soup Consulting
Rosa Matos is a Founding Partner and the Internal policies and best practices director of Stone Soup Consulting. With an academic background in Economic and Organisational Sociology (PhD) and Development Management, Rosa has 28 years of international experience in leadership positions in civil society and philanthropic organisations and in consultancy to increase institutional strengthening and social impact of initiatives and organisations in Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia. Rosa has also been responsible for the development of consulting, research and training initiatives in organisational development, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation of projects and programs, knowledge management, expansion processes and strategic partnerships. Rosa is Portuguese (based in Lisbon), and also speaks English, French and Spanish.
