  2. Learn about the rare entity of Sclerosing Mucoepidermoid Carcinoma of the Thyroid and use its unusual elements to cognitively organize the differential for the above.
  3. Understand the optimal pre-analytic and analytic parameters of biopsying a lymph node with a suspected hematolymphoid lesion.
  4. Understand the limitations and role of cytology as an element of a complete hematolymphoid diagnosis.
