Learning Objectives:
  • Accurately diagnose benign and malignant thyroid diseases sampled by fine needle aspiration (FNA)
  • Define the implications of NIFTP for the diagnosis of thyroid nodules via FNA
  • Advise on the utilization of molecular tests as adjuncts to thyroid FNA

To earn CME and SAM credit, all learners must take a content-based exam and achieve a minimum score of 80%. If learners do not achieve a passing score of 80%, they have the option to retake the exam.
