The CFS Prep Course is an optional online course for those preparing to take the CFS Exam and obtain their Certified Food Scientist (CFS) credential. This course offers participants access to video presentations with expert instructors, a series of practice tests, a note-taking tool, and our interactive online community, IFT Connect. This online course is compatible with mobile devices.
