A career with ADP that spans 28 years, Amy Freshman is currently a Senior Director within the Global HR organization. Her areas of responsibility include leading the Remote/Hybrid Work Program as well as the HR Function for ADP's acquisition opportunities. The first 17 years of her time at ADP were with the sales organization holding multiple roles before moving into Human Resources. Amy leads critical global initiatives such as the annual Month of Wellness and partners with leadership on our Career Growth and Development rally each year. In February 2021, Amy earned her SHRM-SCP Certificate.
