Martha Shedden is President and Co-founder of the National Association of Registered Social Security Analysts, NARSSA, and is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). She began teaching online CPE/CE Social Security courses to finance and tax professionals in 2014.

Recognizing the demand for retirees to obtain personalized Social Security guidance on their claiming decisions, Shedden launched Shedden Social Security & Retirement Planning in 2015 to provide Social Security claiming analyses services.

Melissa Warren, Director of Partner Developtment at NARSSA
Melissa Warren, RSSA is the Director of Partner Development at NARSSA. In this role, Melissa works with organizations to facilitate the education of financial professionals in Social Security and support the resultant growth in business. Drawing from client cases, she uses her experience to contribute to the coursework and continuing education courses needed to earn and maintain the RSSA designation. Melissa has a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Utah and lives in Santa Cruz, California.
