Abstract: This paper explains the step by step process to cost load Primavera schedules, develop early and late cash flow curves, as well as maintain the cash flow & reforecasting from update to update. In specific, the review involves the following technical steps: review of the schedule quality characteristics necessary for the process to be functional, cost loading the schedule through MS Excel, use of the P6 Activity Usage Profile, applying actual costs with schedule updates, reforecasting the remaining cash from update to update, and understanding the value & meaning of the early and late cash flow curves produced.
