Even though diabetes in cats isn’t new, some of our options for treating diabetic cats are. How do you know when to use insulin, or when it’s ok to choose an SGLT2 inhibitor? What about all this talk of how to measure ketones? Is using an SGLT2 inhibitor just too intense? What about all the what ifs????
