Success in midwifery extends far beyond medical and clinical knowledge alone. Speakers Bios
Victoria Baylor CODC, CNLP, CP (she/her) is a Certified Leadership Mindset Coach, Organizational Development consultant, TEDx speaker & keynote speaker. She has been an entrepreneur and researcher for 16 years and is the founder of Victoria Baylor Leadership and OD Solutions (www.victoriabaylor.com). She understands the challenges that leaders often face and offers empowering coaching that helps them elevate their leadership strengths, overcome mindset blocks (like fear, confidence issues, imposter syndrome, etc.) and activate their full potential. As an OD consultant she partners with organizations to conduct interactive workshops & interventions to improve their employee connections, communication, and retention. She serves on several Boards. She is a member of multiple professional organizations such as SHRM and Rotary Savannah East and is active in her church. For additional fun, she enjoys traveling, reading, movies & sewing. She resides in Savannah, GA with her family.
