1-A CME | Beyond Bandages: A Deeper Dive into Wound Care

The participants will be introduced to methods of proper wound description, discuss wound care products, navigate through the compression therapy/garments, review local and topical anesthesia and ways for effective hemostasis. The attendees will uncover different types of debridement’s and biopsies of wounds and lesions, and discuss incision/drainage of abscesses. Billing and coding associated with these procedures will also be reviewed.
