Tesia Freer is the Resource Center for Persons with Disabilities (RCPD) Ability Access Specialist for Blindness and Visual Impairment at Michigan State University. Her primary responsibilities include working with faculty, staff, and students with visual impairments needing employment and academic accommodations. Tesia is a Western Michigan University alumni with a bachelors in speech pathology (2013) and a masters in vision rehabilitation therapy (2015). Prior to coming to MSU, she worked as a blind rehabilitation specialist at the Cleveland VA Medical Center where she taught daily living skills and access technology to blind and visually impaired Veterans.
