Robert Miller
Imperial Professional Consulting

Robert Miller is an experienced Perimeter Security Consultant with a demonstrated history of success working in the perimeter security industry. Decades of hands on practical experience both in the office and in the field provide him with the ability to professionally guide those looking to secure their perimeter by assessing the vulnerability of their site and determining the correct products and design layout relative to their needs. Robert has used his expertise in supporting the design and construction teams of a major league sports facility, a high level military facility, a number of data centers, and a state police public safety facility, just to name a few.

Robert is an active member of Security Industry Association, American Society for Industrial Security, Construction Specification Institute, and Society for American Military Engineers. He is also a board-certified Physical Security Professional (PSP) by ASIS and Construction Document Technologist (CDT) by CSI. He is an AIA Accredited presenter for over 15 years and has presented well over 500 times to various architects, engineers, and other design professionals, most recently at the CSI National Conference 2021. He is committed to lifelong learning to ensure that the latest trends and standards of the industry are being utilized to insure a complete and effective perimeter security solution.

Tony Thornton
Thornton Fence Consulting

For the past eight years, (2014-2022) serving as the Executive Director for the American Fence Association, his knowledge of the fence industry and of the association needs served him well as the organization grew membership, developed education and training and most rewarding was the development of (ACI) Accreditation and Certification Institute that leads the fence and gate automation industry with several levels of certifications and accreditations as a third-party entity. Bringing a new level of professionalism and relevance to the fence industry, Tony has always strived to highlight that the fence industry professionals should be looked upon as true industry tradesman, just like the electrical and plumbing industries.

His passion as always been to teach, educate and provide training to industry professionals to enhance their opportunities for training, retaining, and growing their company and Thornton Fence Consulting Group focuses on organizational structure and building a company culture that will drive a stable and proven track record of success.

Robert Whittaker
Purple Coaching

Robert Whittaker has only worked for himself. Years and years of figuring it out, asking others and learning the rules of the game he has grown 3 start ups to 7 figures each. He has held all of the roles throughout the organization but has always landed on Sales. He still has an active role in the day to day operations in Sales within Magnolia Fence & Patio while he transitions over to full time with Purple Coaching & Consulting. When he is not working in or on the business he loves to hunt, fish and play soccer with his son. Married to Vanessa Whittaker they have 2 sons and cant wait to add more to the fence family.

Purple Coaching & Consulting consist of twins Michael & Robert Whittaker and Crystal Hines who runs the day to day office and training center. Michael focuses the majority of his time with contractors looking to scale from 500k to 2 millions dollars. He runs the majority of the tactical conversations and works through each with you. After successfully selling his landscape company for 7 figures his passion is in helping others. Robert’s focus is on businesses stuck at or looking to speed past that 2-5 million dollar mark through cash flow management and bookkeeping, leadership training, and strategic planning. He also runs the sales training for all of the companies Purple Coaching & Consulting works with. Together Robert, Crystal and Michael host collaborative events, trainings and other group exercises to maximize the incredible network we all have.

Shawn King
Mr. Fence Academy

Shawn King's passion for our industry is recognizable within minutes of meeting him, he is focused and dedicated to helping move our industry forward. He owns and operates a residential fence company in Indiana for the last 25 years and has been in our industry for nearly 34 years. Earning the accreditation of CFP at 21 years old as the youngest ever and is now even a CFC.

Shawn has created Mr. Fence Academy a coaching and consulting program. Built to help Fence companies increase profits and decrease stress. Shawn is one of the only Consultants in our industry actively building and running a fence business still today. He is known for stating "We need to stop building fence like Grandad and start building fence like our kids will need to in the future".

Andrew Martin, Founder and President of Atlas Financial Strategies, LLC is a financial adviser who has a passion for helping clients gain clarity on their financial plan and helping them find creative solutions to address their needs. Tom Luby

Tom has been apeaker and educator in the fence industry for over 25 years, with many dozens of educational seminars in the fence industry, including at least one dozen FenceTech educational seminars beginning in 2000 at the Tampa FenceTech show and culminating at the last Fencetech 24 in Nashville, Tenessee. He has spoken at dozens more regional seminars from Atlantic City tabletop shows to California and Sparks Nevada shows as well as Florida and Gulf South chapter shows, the Northeast Region shows in Sturbridge and many, many more.

Tom has helped several hundred fence industry clients with his Roadmap to Success Program and he has written two books exclusively for the fencing industry, The Close, a sales and marketing guide to the fencing industry, and The Roadmap to Success business manual, again written for the fencing industry.
