4-Day Work Week: How to Create Opportunities for Employee Wellness While Maintaining Member Engagement


Associations looking to increase their employees’ wellness and work-life balance opportunities no longer have to do this at the expense of their members’ experience. Utilizing creative planning, manager training, and the help of digital transformation, employee and departments can enjoy a 4-day, and in many cases 32-hour work week while maintaining (and in our case increasing) member and employee engagement along the way!
