Description

Associations looking to increase their employees’ wellness and work-life balance opportunities no longer have to do this at the expense of their members’ experience. Utilizing creative planning, manager training, and the help of digital transformation, employee and departments can enjoy a 4-day, and in many cases 32-hour work week while maintaining (and in our case increasing) member and employee engagement along the way!

Learning Objectives:

  1. Develop scheduling techniques to ensure 5-day coverage during a 4-day work week schedule.
  2. Learn training tools for Managers to understand the value of productivity over time worked.
  3. Learn how to utilize data to ensure engagement levels are increasing both internally and externally.
This program may be applied for 1 credit toward your CAE application or renewal professional development requirements.
Live webinar participants must attend for a minimum of 45 minutes in order to be eligible for the CEUs associated with this program.
