Overview

Busy speech-language pathologists can find it difficult to support multiple families using AAC given time constraints and schedules. Families using AAC aren’t always connected with other families and can feel isolated. This session highlights a program that brings family members of individuals using AAC together to increase communication partner skills and network by combining eLearning and live online opportunities. You’ll hear from participants and learn about coaching strategies to use with your families. Discover resources to help you guide families using AAC in practicing these skills in both eLearning and in-person online formats.
