Overview

In this session presented by the Android Accessibility team at Google, you’ll receive training on Android accessibility features and settings related to vision, reading, and hearing – including Talkback, Lookout, Reading Mode, and more. The first hour will be a presentation, followed by a one-hour hands-on practice session and interaction with Google engineers. This presentation complements our other presentation on 11 free Google apps, covering a different set of features; try them all out at the practice session! You’re encouraged to bring your own Android phone to the session; if not, we’ll attempt to provide you with a loaner to follow along.

Content Disclosure: This presentation will focus exclusively on accessibility features on Android tablets and smartphones and will not include information on other similar or related platforms.
