Alexa makes it easier for customers to order groceries and household essentials, ask product questions, use smart home devices and collaborate with families and caregivers. In this session, Amazon accessibility experts share some of the neat things Alexa can do and how we’re working hard to create experiences that delight customers with disabilities.

She lives in Seattle with her daughter and guide dog, Danica. Jessie has won gold and silver medals in goalball at the Para-Olympics. Her passion lies in advocating for disability inclusion and fostering a more accessible world.
