    After completion of the survey you can download your certificate of completion. If additional participants wish to earn continuing education credits please make sure they sign the AIA form and email back to sadams@bcxa.org. There is a $25 fee for each additional participant. As soon as payment has been made each individual will receive an access code to obtain their certificate for credits.

    • Harry Koons III, LEED AP, CxA – Precis Commissioning

      Harry Koons is the Director of Commissioning Services of Precis Commissioning, Inc., a privately owned commissioning and qualification services company and WBENC-certified Women’s Business Enterprise and Woman Owned Small Business. Harry has more than 25 years of experience in designing and commissioning building systems. Throughout his career, he has completed commissioning projects for laboratories, higher education, healthcare, chemical and pharmaceutical clients, where his focus on quality, safety, energy and operational efficiency, team building and cost savings are key project success indicators. His mechanical engineering background affords him a thorough knowledge of system design, start-up and operational requirements and equipment troubleshooting. Harry holds an associate’s degree from Delaware County Community College, is a former member of the United States Air Force, is a LEED Accredited Professional and a certified Commissioning Authority (CxA). He is a member of the Building Commissioning Association Best Practices Committee.
