At the Concrete Masonry and Hardscapes Association, Mr. Bowers oversees technical programs related to the design, specification, construction and maintenance of segmental concrete pavements and segmental retaining walls. Mr. Bowers brings decades of experience leading the development of hardscape standards, materials and design. This includes content for technical publications and the Contractor Education/Certification courses. He has written several articles and conducted numerous seminars about interlocking concrete pavement, permeable concrete pavement and segmental retaining walls. Mr. Bowers participates in the ASCE, ASTM, CSA and TAC.
