This includes content for technical publications and the Contractor Education/Certification courses. He has written several articles and conducted numerous seminars about interlocking concrete pavement, permeable concrete pavement and segmental retaining walls. Mr. Bowers participates in the ASCE, ASTM, CSA and TAC.
