This introductory course will cover basic concepts within commercial real estate. Topics will span the industry and include legal and financial concepts. It will provide an overview on the different property types as well as the income and expenses associated with them. Different kinds of leases will also be discussed. Attendees will also be provided with a handout/glossary of terms to supplement this presentation.
