The CRE 100 program will start off with a look at the CRE market. Faculty will review the considerations and advantages of investing in commercial real estate, as well as the various types of risk. Legal concepts will be discussed including types of ownership and title insurance. Faculty will also review approaches to valuation, time value of money concepts, and will define relevant terminology. Lastly, the major CRE property types (office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, industrial/warehouse/storage) will be reviewed with types of leases being discussed and compared. At the conclusion of the live webinar attendees will be able to ask the faculty questions.
