The Vault is DPHA University's testing and certificate program.  It offers the nation's only modular-based education program dedicated to showroom staff and others involved in the specification and sale of Decorative Plumbing and Hardware products. This program combines explanations of the technical and performance superiority of products featured in decorative plumbing and hardware showrooms with guidance to improve sales skills.

The sample test in this course pulls a question from each course in The Vault, allowing you to get a taste of the program.

Our program offers 20+ courses that align with our Education Manuals. Most of our courses feature micro-learning modules to increase knowledge retention.	This is an example of what one of the micro-learning courses looks like.  Each module includes an assessment to test your knowledge.
