An elegant pair of earrings, just the right shoes or a dazzling handbag complete a perfect outfit. The value of accessories in wardrobe is well known and appreciated. The same holds true for exquisite accessories for the bathroom. Bathroom accessories have grown to include a wide range of products from towel bars to makeup and shaving mirrors, and grab bars to shower door handles. Each product offers the customer the ability to create a cohesive aesthetic in the bathroom and enhance the users’ daily enjoyment of that space. These products provide showroom clients the ability to make a complete, personal and unique design statement.

After completing this course, participants will be able to:

• Describe different accessories available for the bath
• Enhance sales professionals’ knowledge, skill set and customer service capabilities
• Offer guidance to help build lasting customer and client relationships
