Today’s kitchens serve as a central gathering place for family and friends, workspace, classroom, home office, dining room and a source of culinary inspiration for the home chef, among many others. Given the importance of the kitchen, it should come as little surprise that the sophistication and complexity of today’s kitchens continue to increase. This course will teach you about kitchen faucet designs and technologies and give you the tools to confidently sell kitchen faucets.

Learning Objectives:
After completing this course, participants will be able to:
  • Explain the different types of kitchen faucets on the market
  • Provide guidance to help determine client and customer needs, preferences, and budgets and become a trusted advisor
  • Provide an overview of technological advances and what makes a faucet “Smart”
  • Explain the differences in faucet styles and finishes
  • Explain different mounting options
  • Relate materials commonly used to manufacture kitchen faucets that make quality differences
  • Identify common accessories that complement kitchen faucets
  • Explain industry terminology
A score of at least 90% is required to pass, and questions are selected from a pool and will show in random order. Participants may retake the test until they pass, and the questions will pull from the pool in random order with each retake.
