Supplies and Waste Assemblies



In this course you will learn:
Supplies and waste assemblies are the transportation systems that bring water in and removes water from the home. Supplies references the small parts and pieces used to connect water lines to the products that need them: sinks, faucets, water closets, bidets and appliances. Waste assemblies remove waste materials from the home through a system of drain pipes, traps and vent pipes. This course will teach you everything you need to know to add these products to your sale.

Learning Objectives:
After completing this course, participants will be able to understand:
  • Provide a basic overview of water supply systems and offer guidance to sell decorative components for lavatory faucets, bar faucets, kitchen faucets and toilets
  • Provide a basic overview of waste systems and offer guidance to sell decorative components for lavatory faucets, bar faucets, kitchen faucets and toilets
  • Recognize opportunities to increase sales while helping customers achieve a consistency of image throughout their bath, powder room, bar and kitchen
  • Provide a basic overview of decorative supply and waste assemblies for toilets
  • Define the appropriate terminology

A score of at least 90% is required to pass, and questions are selected from a pool and will show in random order. Participants may retake the test until they pass, and the questions will pull from the pool in random order with each retake.
