This Regulation CC on-demand series includes five micro-courses that take only 15-20 minutes to complete. Regulation CC governs the availability of funds and collection of checks, implementing the Expedited Funds Availability Act of 1987 and the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act (Check 21 Act). Subpart C of the regulation includes rules to expedite the collection and return of check payments. This latest section in the series, covering Subpart C, was broken down into two courses.
