This session is the third in a series of webinars that will introduce the core concepts of risk management. This session expands on the foundations of risk management and enterprise risk management discussed in the first two webinars of the series. The final session presents example applications of ERM in federal lab settings and prompts further dialogue within the community of practitioners on how risk management could be used within agencies to achieve a portfolio view of risks at a program or organizational level to improve the potential for success in meeting program and mission objectives.
