Jose Dologaray
Over ten years of expertise in the Pest Control industry. Jose is a Certified Operator (CO) for the State of Georgia in the category of Pest Control and Wood Destroying Organisms and a Licensed Commercial Applicator in the Mosquito category. Jose possesses extensive knowledge of pest and wood-destroying organisms’ control, pesticides, EPA and OSHA legal requirements, food service operations, and other industry-related procedures. Jose has extensive managerial experience in both civilian and military environments including the conduct of Quality Control Maintenance inspections for the US Military. Jose leverages his bilingual skills, is an Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE), and Certified Technical Training Specialist (CTT+) with broad customer service expertise.
Currently, Jose is a Commercial Services Training Manager at Arrow Exterminators. His responsibilities include field training of Service Professionals, conducting Service Center Audits, conducting pre-audit inspections on third-party audited customers, serving as a consultant when difficult-to-treat services come up, working closely with the Commercial Services Technical Director to ensure Arrow Exterminators is up to date in products, materials, and equipment.
Jose develops and writes all Commercial Services curricula, develops presentations, and present training classes as required.
