Description
The Life Care Plan Rebuttal Forensic Ethics presentation will review effective and professional methods to address common LCP issues in dispute. Decision making science and counterfactual arguments will be discussed along with how to best communicate complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty to the trier of fact. How to ethically attack faulty reasoning will be addressed through case studies.This makeup session is intended for Fall Forum attendees ONLY. Must attend LIVE - a recording will not be made available.
