Description

The Life Care Plan Rebuttal Forensic Ethics presentation will review effective and professional methods to address common LCP issues in dispute. Decision making science and counterfactual arguments will be discussed along with how to best communicate complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty to the trier of fact. How to ethically attack faulty reasoning will be addressed through case studies.
This makeup session is intended for Fall Forum attendees ONLY. Must attend LIVE - a recording will not be made available.

Available to Fall Forum 2023 attendees ONLY. Must attend LIVE.
  • 1.5 CEs of the following credits have been applied: ABVE, CCMC, CDMS, CLCP Ethics, MSCC, CRC Ethics, CVE, NASW, Nursing
  • Complete the evaluation in Express Evaluations afterwards to receive credit. (Your evaluations will be unlocked prior to the session if you already retrieved your certificate.)
MAXIMUM TOTAL CREDIT that can be awarded for Fall Forum 2023 is:
  • 19.5 for ABVE, CCMC, CDMS, CLCP+CLCP Ethics, MSCC, CRC+CRC Ethics, CVE, NASW
  • 13 for Nursing

    Dr. Michel Lacerte is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Western University Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry in London, Ontario. He currently serves as vice-president of IARP Canada.
