Complete the evaluation for this session Dramatic and accelerating changes in work and workplaces are elevating the importance of noncognitive competency assessment vis-à-vis traditional assessment of knowledge, skills, and abilities. Technological changes, including automation, are transforming the nature of work. Growing appreciation for the importance of communication and teamwork pulls in one direction while the ballooning phenomenon of remote work demands a different set of adaptations. This session will explore in depth the rapidly evolving trends, applications, and considerations for noncognitive assessment in credentialing. An expert panel will discuss key topics related to assessment of noncognitive competencies.
