About the Recording
In this 2015 ICE Exchange session, learn to psychometric guidelines that will assist certificate program administrators in demonstrating compliance to the ICE 1100 Standard, and in particular, Standard 7 on the Development, Conduct, and Evaluation of Assessments. 

This is a two-part series:

• In Part 1, receive a detailed orientation to some of these guidelines, with a focus on aligning assessments with learning objectives and conforming to best practices surrounding assessment policies and procedures. 
• In Part 2, use the guidelines as a framework to provide guidance on psychometric issues such as how to administer, score, and evaluate assessments in a manner that meets the Standard.
