The purpose of Impexium training courses is to take various types of users and walk them through each app, one at a time.
To begin, scroll down the page and locate the desired subject. Complete all required parts of a course to earn a certificate.
What to do first?
The recommended order is to begin with CRM (Customers), Memberships, and Queries. As central areas of the system, they provide a foundation for all other training.Because all products (including memberships, events, merchandise, etc.) require price creation, you may wish to take the Price Creation course before attempting training on products.
Tips for New Users
- While watching the videos, pause and walk through the functionality in your own instance of the system.
- Be sure to read each quiz question carefully before answering.
- Jot down any questions that arise. Remember: live, instructor-led sessions are available under Events > Live Events, and you can ask questions of an instructor there.
