Description
The
training session for Awards begins with an introduction to where the relevant
award information can be found on the customer record. We will also discuss the various options that
can be configured within the "Setup" area of the "Awards"
app. Throughout the session, we will
guide you through the process of creating awards and demonstrate how to include
non-staff users as judges. Additionally,
we will explain how to gather nominations from these users and provide guidance
on allowing non-staff users to score nominees for specific awards. To wrap up, we will engage in a conversation
on how to grant awards to the winners.
