Description
The
training session for Certifications begins with a discussion on the various
methods of configuring and managing certifications and applications within the
system. In this session, we will guide
you through the process of creating a certification and setting up a connected
application, along with an explanation of the requirements that can be
applied. Once our certification,
application, and requirements are configured, we will demonstrate how to apply
for the certification itself. We will
explore the Application Requirements page and Certification Management page,
from both staff and non-staff perspectives, showcasing how to effectively
manage and approve certification applicants. Last, we will discuss the Drop Process and Mass Certification Process.
