Description
The
training session for Exhibits begins with a detailed walk through on how to
setup a new exhibit. Once created, we
will provide an overview of the exhibit record, emphasizing the useful
configurations, particularly within the "Planning" tab. This will include a detailed exploration of
creating halls and uploading a floorplan using a DWG file. Additionally, we will demonstrate the manual
creation of booths, ensuring accurate configuration of booth spaces and
prices. Throughout the session, we will
examine the exhibit area from both staff and non-staff perspectives and
showcase how a staff user can effectively manage booth purchases and
applications. We will also discuss the
various options available for configuring the Upcoming Exhibits page.
A DWG file has been included in the Resources tab. Please take the opportunity to download the materials before the session begins so you can follow along with the presentation.
