Civil Discourse and Difficult Decisions "Program-in-a-Box"

"Just add A judge and stir!"

-Rebecca Fanning, National Educational Outreach Manager, Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts

Civil Discourse and Difficult Decisions is a national initiative of the federal courts.

The programĀ brings high school, college or law students into courthouses for simulated legal proceedings in order to build civil discourse skills and experience complex decision making. This program can be delivered at federal courts and state courts.

Feel free to explore the U.S. Courts website to see all it has to offer in the realm of civics education and community outreach.
