Through a series of illustrative stories, this course discusses some of the more common disruptive behaviors, how such behavior can be addressed and by whom, why disruptive behavior happens in the first place, and the ethical concerns which arise as a result of disruptive behaviors. Examples discussed include: interruptive speech, failure to appear or attend, disregard for deadlines, lack of preparation, and an overly aggressive stance or demeanor.presenters
