    Liz Braun is the Director of Client Relations for the North America Merchant Relationship Team at Worldpay from FIS. In this role, Liz is responsible for the ongoing support for our Enterprise merchant clients; multi-client project management; merchant communications including monthly and quarterly newsletters and webinars; internal and external custom reporting and analytics; and development prioritization. Liz has 20 years of experience in the payments industry. She started her career as a Relationship Manager and has spent her entire tenure with Worldpay in the Relationship Management team in various leadership positions working directly with Worldpay’s largest merchant clients.

    Katie has held various roles within the relationship management team that has allowed her to gain in-depth processing knowledge within different merchant verticals and industry products and services. She started as a relationship manager and held that role for 10 years where she managed some of Worldpay's largest merchant relationships. She has held several leadership roles over the last 7 years and is currently the Senior Leader of our Enterprise Relationship Management team responsible for large merchant client satisfaction and retention.
