  • Bradford Wilson | Product Manager - Bank of America

    Bradford Wilson serves as a product manager on the Card Network Release team at Bank of America. In this role, he is responsible for managing the global payment network bi-annual release process, and ensures customers are aware of and prepared for any processing changes that are announced by the payment networks.

    Wilson joined the Card Network Release team in 2006, with an initial focus on the American Express and Discover brands. He graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in telecommunications, focusing on technology and networking. He lives in Louisville, Kentucky.

  • Priya Patel | Senior Product Manager - Bank of America

    Priya Patel serves as a Senior Product Manager on the Card Network Revenue Operations team in Enterprise Payments at Bank of America. In this role, she is responsible for managing the global payment network fee and interchange strategy, ensuring customers are informed and prepared for the financial impacts of any fee or interchange modifications that are announced by the payment networks and partnering with processing platforms to implement the changes. Priya joined the Card Network Revenue Operations team in 2005. Prior to that, she held roles within the Payments Strategy and the debit and prepaid card issuing lines of business at Bank of America.

    Priya is a native of the United Kingdom and currently resides in High Point, North Carolina. She graduated from North Carolina State University with Bachelor of Science and Masters degrees in Accounting and from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with an MBA focusing on Management and Commercial Banking. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has obtained her Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

  • Tiffany Roberts | Product Manager - Bank of America

    Tiffany Roberts serves as Product Manager for Card Network Release for Bank of America. In this role, she is responsible for managing the global payment network bi-annual release process which includes preparation of training and communications to ensure customers are prepared for the processing changes introduced by the payment networks. She joined Bank of America in 2018 from a previous processor where she last held the role of business risk manager. She resides in Greencastle, Pennsylvania.
