    Anand Goel is the CEO and Founder of Optimized Payments. Prior to founding OP, Anand was a payments leader at Elavon where he managed the pricing and profitability of the organization for four years.

    Anand has more than 25 years of management and consulting experience in the financial services and telecommunication industries. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA with honors from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from Babson College.

    Joey Dembek is a senior consultant at Optimized Payments. He brings 14 years of experience in implementing payments cost management strategies and creating insightful analytics for large merchants, ISOs/ISVs and PayFacs. Joey is one of a few true interchange experts in the payments industry. Throughout his career, he has helped clients save hundreds of millions of dollars in card-related fees.

    Previously, Joey spent 11 years with Elavon where he created and managed services that helped clients optimize their payment costs, through interchange and chargeback management solutions. His clients included the largest retailers, airlines, hotels and other clients processing billions in annual card sales.
