  • Robert Gates |Corporate & Specialized Industries eRecievables Consultant - Wells Fargo

    Robert has primary responsibility for providing electronic receivables expertise. He consults with Large Corporate retail and restaurant customers on the entire invoice to payment process, looking for ways to add efficiencies while reducing cost, increase working capital, and minimize risk exposure.


    Robert brings more than 18 years of consulting and management experience in bankcard payment services. He is a professional in the industry and is dedicated to finding the best solution for his clients. Robert prides himself on his ability to help merchants navigate the ever-changing landscape of payment technology.        

  • Marie Mui | Senior Vice President, Head of Account Management - Wells Fargo

    Marie Mui is a Senior Vice President and Head of Account Management for Merchant Services at Wells Fargo. Marie joined Merchant Services in 2001 as an eCommerce Merchant Account Manager. Marie’s passion for payments lead her to Treasury Management where most recently, she led the National Merchant sales teams focused on growing the business in the Fintech, Technology, Media, and Telecommunications verticals.


    Prior to Wells Fargo, Marie was an early adopter of the eCommerce ecosystem with account management and channel management responsibilities at CyberSource, a payment gateway technology company, and Escalate Retail, an eCommerce platform company.


    Marie has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from California State University, East Bay and is a Certified Payments Professional. In addition to being a Board Advisor for Women in Payments, Marie also sits on the Award and Nominations Committee for the Electronic Transaction Association and is active with the Association for Financial Professionals.


    When not thinking about payments, Marie enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.        

  • Patty Chouanard-McAdam | Head of Product Management & Pricing - Wells Fargo

    Patty Chouanard-McAdam is a senior vice president and Head of Product Management & Pricing for Wells Fargo Merchant Services (WFMS) where she is responsible for providing the leadership, management and vision necessary to deliver new products and solutions to the market.

    With more than 25 years in the financial services industry, Patty brings extensive experience designing and delivering innovative products and digital solutions, informing business strategies with data insights, providing industry leading customer service, and increasing sales results through compelling marketing and sales programs.

    Prior to her role in Merchant Services, Patty has held senior product leadership positions in treasury management, where she was responsible for a variety of electronic payments, digital, and reporting solutions such as electronic payables / receivables solutions, commercial card, information reporting, electronic bill payment and presentment, health savings accounts, and electronic check presentment. She also led teams responsible for data analytics, marketing, and customer service providing service to customers with highly complex treasury management products.
    Prior to rejoining Wells Fargo, Patty served as Senior Vice President for the Commercial Card Services Division at Bank of America where she had responsibility for the commercial card and business card product lines, and marketing team.

    Patty graduated from California State University, East Bay with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration / Finance.
