This webinar will introduce you to the FIDO Alliance and its authentication standards, and the latest and greatest on what we are doing. FIDO’s mission is to promote authentication standards to help reduce the world’s over-reliance on passwords. The FIDO Alliance is working to change the nature of authentication with open standards that are more secure than passwords and SMS OTPs, simpler for consumers to use, and easier for service providers to deploy and manage.

  • Christina Hulka | Executive Director & COO - FIDO Alliance

    Christina currently serves as FIDO Alliance’s Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she is Chair of the Board and oversees the day to day operations of the alliance, as well as FIDO’s membership and industry partnership programs. Prior to joining FIDO, she spent 18 years working in financial services, focusing on the implementation and interoperability of EMV and contactless payment technologies. Christina is based in the US on the West Coast and holds a Bachelor Degree in Languages and Business from Oxford Brookes University.

  • David Turner | Director of Standards Development - FIDO Alliance

    David Turner has a long history of working on identity-related products as well as many years working with international and industry standards-setting organizations.

    As FIDO's Director of Standards Development, he oversees the specification development process of the technical working groups and other technical outputs of the FIDO Alliance. He also leads FIDO's engagements with other standards bodies.
