If you are unable to attend, you may substitute a colleague for your registration. Please allow two (2) business days for the attendee substitution to be completed. Sharing registrations is not allowed.

Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to lsheldon@mi-aimh.org. Requests must include:

• The original attendee name, email, MI-AIMH Member Status, payment information
• The new attendee name, cell phone, email address and MI-AIMH Member status
• If the transfer is from a member to a nonmember, the difference between the member and nonmember fee is charged.
